Introducing FitApp

Most training apps pick a side. They’re either a logbook for solo lifters or a clipboard for coaches. FitApp is built for the relationship between the two.

One plan, two views

A coach builds a structured program — days, exercises, sets, and reps — and shares it with an athlete through a simple invite code. The athlete follows that exact plan, logs every set as they go, and the coach sees the history without asking for a screenshot.

Built in the open

FitApp is an open-source, protocol-style project — contributors earn from the revenue pool. It’s built with Flutter and Firebase and runs on web, iOS, and Android from a single codebase.

This blog is Markdown in the repo. Adding a post is a pull request — no CMS login, no database.

More to come. If you want to shape where it goes, the code is on GitHub.
